Overview

Student Exchange program has experienced the long-term development in ACEM. Around 50 partner famous business schools engaged in the student exchange spread all over the world, including USA, Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore and Korea, etc. Master exchange programs are listed below and master students will have the opportunities to study abroad. Students are expected to take the courses and to do research in our partner institutes for one semester.

Eligibility

All the 1st year students enrolled in master degree programs are eligible to apply. Specific requirements of admission vary according to the exchange programs and the host universities. General requirements are as following,

ž   No failed courses in 2021 fall

ž   Have a valid report of TOEFL with a minimum score 90, OR an IELTS score of 6.0 or above, OR a CET 6 score of 480 above.

Note: Native English speaker or the applicants with bachelor degrees in native English nations can be waived. Proof materials shall be provided.

Application Procedures

ž   Decide which program and country is right for you.

ž   Submit your Application files to Ms. Galatea Sun before the Deadline.

ž   Wait for the Placement Results of your Application.

ž   Complete & Submit Relevant Forms & Documents for Host University.

ž   Receive Acceptance Letter.

ž   Attend Pre-Departure Briefing and Apply for Leave of Absence.

ž   Enjoy your Study Abroad Experience!

Application Deadline

Exchange application is opened from 8:00  a.m. Feb. 14, 2022 to 16:00 p.m. Feb 18, 2022.

Information Session

Time：15:00 p.m. Nov. 24, 2021

The Information session will be held on Zoom Meeting. Please fill out the registration form by scanning the QR code so that you can receive the Zoom Meeting ID before Nov. 22, 2021.

Placement Result

ACEM will vet all the applications carefully and examine each applicant's GPA scores. The scores of individual student will be ranked before offering a student an exchange place. The placement result will be announced on the website.

Visa Requirements

Most countries require international students to apply for a valid student visa if they are planning to stay there for more than 180 days. Please check the requirements in detail with your host university or with the relevant consulates in Shanghai. Please bear in mind that failure to comply with the entry visa requirements may result in delays or even deportation.

Insurance

You should ensure that you are covered by comprehensive health, accident, personal property and travel insurance for your entire study period abroad. Before departure, please also make sure that you have met the health requirements of your host country. Some of our partner institutions may have some insurance schemes for overseas students, so please check with your host university for details.
